Do you ship?
Yes, by USPS to all 50 states.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Orders are made fresh and ship within 2–4 business days. Shipping is priced at checkout from USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express rates; delivery time depends on the service you choose.
Will the chocolates melt in shipping?
Chocolate has a low melting point. Shipping at temperatures over 75°F requires warm weather packaging that Azurelise provides at no extra cost.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free, at 702 N Boylan Ave, Raleigh, NC. Orders are ready 2–4 business days after you order, for pickup between 12–2 pm or 5–6 pm.
How far ahead should I order? Can I get chocolates today?
Truffle assortments are made to order and need 2–4 days; available dates show when you add a box to your cart. For chocolates today, visit the shop, Tuesday to Saturday, 12–6 pm.
Can I send chocolates to someone else, or to several people?
Yes. At checkout, ship to a different address, or (on a computer) to several addresses in one order, each with its own gift message.
Ingredients & Diet
What chocolate do you use?
I use couverture milk and dark Belgian chocolate.
Do your chocolates contain nuts, or are they made around nuts?
Some Azurelise Chocolates contain nuts. All of the chocolates are made in a facility where nuts are present. A person who has nut allergies should not consume Azurelise chocolates.
Are your chocolates gluten-free?
Azurelise chocolates are not certified gluten free.
Do you have dairy-free or vegan chocolates?
Azurelise cannot guarantee that its chocolates are dairy free.
Do any of your chocolates contain alcohol?

Do you have sugar-free chocolates?
No.
What is the difference between your dark and milk chocolate?
Milk chocolate contains dairy.
Freshness & Storage
How long do your chocolates stay fresh?
Everything ordered online is made fresh to order. All Azurelise chocolates should be stored in a cool and dry place. They contain no preservatives. The Fruit & Berry chocolates should be consumed within a few days. For best taste quality the other chocolates should be consumed within two weeks.
How should I store them? Should they go in the fridge?
The Fruit & Berry chocolates need to be refrigerated. The other chocolates can be stored at room temperature below 74°F.
Gifts
Can I include a gift message?
Yes: add one at checkout. When shipping to several addresses, each gets its own message.
Do you do corporate or bulk gifts?
Can I build my own box, or order custom boxes?
Truffle assortments of 9, 15 or 30, built flavor by flavor in dark or milk chocolate, are available online. 4-piece and 2-piece boxes are available on request.
How do gift certificates work?
Choose an amount, or enter your own, and add a personal message. The certificate is emailed to the recipient and can be redeemed online for any Azurelise product, or in the shop. Gift certificates do not expire. Buy a gift certificate →
